Marriott reservation

Sever montha ago we booked a reservation for a 3 bedroom condo at the marriott resort in the virgin Islands. We were not given a confirmation at the time only a verbal committment.

We just received a reminder that our reservation is comming-up but the reservation is wrong they are only giving us a 2 bedroom condo (we have 8 people) and will not do any thing about it.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. According to them it's just tough.

You can bet your last dollar we will not have anything good to asy about marriott and will bad mouth them at any opportunity!
