Thompson builders did not complete my house i paid for

Closed on house JUNE 6. House is MISSING 2 BASEMENT WINDOWS, and painting of house is not completed as of APRIL. We have one bedroom with steep slope at entrance, two others with water leakage in walls, garage wall with cracked bricks, front step separated, slanted kitchen window, cracked driveway with portions higher than others. We made lists for Thompson builders as early as May (month before we closed). We were lied to by vice-president of Thompson Builders at closing appointment when he informed us that there were people working on the lists at our house as we closed. We have made several attempts to get issues resolved and all proved fruitless as Thompson Builders' representatives gave us the runarounds for a year and a half and now do not even respond to our correspondence. We feel we are getting SPECIAL TREATMENT. One will think we will get good customer service providing the fact that we make up 50% (1 out of 2) homes Thompson Builders has build in our community. We have seen how prompt and professional other builders in our community including houses built two years before ours are taken care of and our neighbors marvel when we tell our story.
