In January our family signed two agreements with Fitzgerald Builders of Plano Texas for new Windows and Doors. We also game them $10,000 in down payment. We were so excited to complete this renovation work as it completed our last of many renovations to our home in 2007.

Actually we made our decision after getting 3 different quotations from all reputiable companys... We believed Fitzgerald Builders and Nick Fitzgerald were a reputiable firm. The name and information were given to us by Contractors.com. Who also did there investigation on this company.

Well we got ripped off. Actually we like to call it STEALING. Fitzgerald Builders of Plano Texas and Nick Fitzgerald STOLE our money and are laughing all the way to the Bank. They actually deposited the $10,000 into their account The Builders at the Washington Mutual Bank of Plano Texas. They are also being dragged into this.
How can a Family Company of over 20 years of service go so BAD so Quickly.
Well they and many customers are experiencing the same thing.
Fitzgerald Builders and Nick Fitzgerald of Plano Texas need to be stopped and charged for THEFT over $10,000. It's a Felony we think and if someone does not stop this firm and person they will continue to prey on Dallas People.
