Meadow run builders has severely damaged the credibility of home builders in n.E. Pocono

After buying a new built house by meadow run builders and then waiting almost a year and a half to get it built, i advise any one to get an exisiting house, because if this is the way they build houses in the poconos. I hope my own house last five years due to the problems cropping up.

This experience is truly noteworty because it shows me how some builders manipulate and coerce the buyer into making a lifetime purchase and then they tell you to ignore any signs during the building of your house. I have had repair issues with the builder 'theo' but they never returned my calls. Issue one, the septic system never worked right. I had a large puddle of water[or waste] on the short back side of the mound. I advised them since i moved in that there was something wrong with our septic mound, theo never addressed this issue. I would like anyone who has to build to work with their township and seek help with permits with them and try to get a bill of rights for the new house buyer.
