They say they will do one thing and completly change what they said

The building had bed bugs and they treated only two apartments, one was mine. They told me to keep all the reciepts that were incurred because of the problem and it would be taken off my rent, so I did and then when I turned the reciepts in they would'nt accept them. Dina Smith also pulled the same thing when I signed my new lease, she said 'I could have a garage parking spot for the year and after one month she said I will need to start having to pay $40 each month.'
