On 3/5/10 I was contacted by a rep from Momenta Properties Int. Declaring he'd a customer for my timeshare. To get a retainer payment of $1338.00 he'd come up with all of the proper paperwork for that purchase. I decided and settled the charge on problems of the agreement that might be delivered Fedex. The agreement wasn't to my fulfillment and that I sent the agreement back without any trademark and and stop created onto it. The agreement mentioned I'd seven days to stop with a complete reimbursement that we complied with. After numerous telephone calls and guarantees to return my cash I still haven't had my cash delivered by 3/29/10. Additionally around this day the telephone numbers I had been provided for the corporation no further function.
