Followed contract to the letter did not receive refund

I closed a deal in order for them to market my timeshare within six months if no presents or not offered needed to deliver notice of reimbursement within 10 days of agreement termination I delivered it plus they stated may deliver reimbursement with-in 5-10 times. It's today 2 weeks plus they don't consider my calls simply because they do not wish to provide me back my reimbursement. Each time my spouse or I contact they hang-up on-US.
