Several claims made at Cozemul, Mexico, Elegant Vacation. Not on addendum of agreement. We've been attempting to stop agreement inside the 5 business days without any success. Elegant Vacation, Cozumel, MX is just a fraud. Several telephone calls, emails, advantages deal to stop, but no chance. We've experienced contact using their authorized Consultant, that has handed our demand to stop our agreement. Several telephone calls ON-HOLD with no reaction. 2 -3 hours ON-HOLD.

Benefiting from people on luxury cruise ships with restriction period. The created several errors on spelling on agreement, etc. They waited before vessel was prepared to abandon and we closed. Guarantees not on addendum because they had guaranteed. We've been attempting to stop inside the 5 - business days from signing agreement without any chance.
