National Exemption Service (NES)

Real Estate

Your organization entered into and closed a with Nationwide Exemption Support (NES) to supply meter-reading and payment providers to the home in Ohio. NES informed our tenants they (NES) could be studying their yards which tenants could be getting their expenses for water and sewage service from NES.

A NES representative visited the home (we considered to study yards) and many months later, no citizen had obtained a statement. After numerous connections with NES and obtaining the run around I obtained an email from Teresa Smetzer of NES informing me… “Upon overview of the walk-through, and also the closeness of one's neighborhood towards the additional balances that people have, we think it is isn't possible for all of US to supply the reading and payment support you'll need and deserve.”

Evidently NES hasn't heard about Google maps. The full time to help make the choice to not conduct business is before you come right into an to supply the support.

It appears NES has completely overlooked their CONTRACTUAL responsibility to supply the support. I e mailed Ms. Smetzer to request if NES had informed my tenants they wouldn't be reading yards today. NO reaction. Not really a “sorry we couldn't do what we stated we'd do”.

Any neighborhood considering NES for submetering should think about another merchant.
