I've been returning and forth with Nicor.in Sept our statement was greater than typical and was a real study. We'd not ran our warmth or something and so I named and read my meter. It had been about $100 significantly less than the statement. I understand just how to study my meter since I've completed it before since my statement could be excessive or too low. I settled the brand new quantity on March 5th. A couple weeks before I had been going right through my checkbook and realized that Nicor hadn't charged me because the end of Sept. I had been in surprise and dreed of that which was in the future. I named Nicor and customer support stated I'd a 0.00 quantity and described the tale and was transferred to a different repetition that mentioned my statement was imminent. What did impending mean I requested and got a half a*ed solution. I sent Nicor detailing my dreed of the large statement. I wrote the BBB and people power panel. I obtained a notice declaring my statement could be sent the 16th of the month. I received this statement also it was 309.42 and it is to become compensated by 1/7/09. It's for 75 times of support. It's approximately meter read along with it also. I published again Nicor, BBB, and People power panel. Nicor wrote mean email declaring BBB shut my situation and published about studying the meter every additional month. Our huge issue together is the fact that I didnt get a statement for weeks also it wouldve been simpler to spend. They lied to BBB declaring they study yards every additional month also since if which was the situation I wouldve obtained a real meter read statement in March/November. But rather got no statement whatsoever. They lied about BBB shutting the situation trigger exactly the same evening they sent that in my experience BBB sent me allowing me say I had been disappointed using the reaction Nicor offered me and I would like to show BBB about this. I delivered Nicor this notice allowing them to understand I understand they lied in my experience. Makes me upset that Nicor also believed to BBB that clients may continue the website and study yards and record it on the webpage. Last I examined I had been not getting a check or advantages of Nicor being an employee. Therefore easily dont spend this statement I'll have overdue fees/be documented to credit agencies/closed of after winter season however they may proceed 75 times not delivering a statement and there to date is nothing I will do about this. Doesn't seem sensible. They're a large enough organization to not be so inexperienced. When you have any comparable tales I'd like to hear about them. Write me at Covington7227@aol.com.
