I reside in a little condo that had Conservice whilst the submetering organization. For 3 years our yards haven't worked right. These were simply charging each device having a home average. That's a method to do payment, however it isn't what we desired. We wished to bill personal utilization. Today they declare they're not accountable for the meter installation, but when they understood all-along the yards weren't operating correctly and held dismissing many grievances. We quit with them and today reveal the electrical bill between all models. I'd prefer to attempt another submetering organization, but I'm leary.
