Lost my escrow package and checks

The girl I've been coping with through this entire procedure continues to be unprofessional. She regularly delivered paperwork using the incorrect times, incorrect economic info, and her reaction was, "that is okay". On January 29th she asked me where I needed my escrow deal delivered, and that I replied by having an address - by Feb 4th, I still hadn't obtained the bundle (we're equally within the state-of California). She replied that her supervisor delivered the bundle to my new home, after which replied the supervisor delivered to the actual estate broker. Again, she directs reactions without examining her details. Today we are at February 10th, advertisement I still do not have my bundle. I'm today worried that another person has my own info with my SS#, my new house address, my checking, savings and pension account figures, in addition to an individual look for $7,000.00. I've appeared the organization on BBB and do not notice them outlined, and I've named their HQ's workplace in CT, without any chance. I still do not have my reimbursement, my unique $7K examine, or my escrow deal. While you can see right now, my persistence has alert slim. What's my option? Please support.
