Our present to get a home was approved also it went into escrow. The home and that I am in Northern California. The escrow business is in Southern California. Which doesn't seem sensible when the home and also the broker and that I have been in Northern California. It had been decided at that time of the purchase that I divided the 3% fee with my agent. Once the escrow firm delivered the notary to my home the fee wasn't within the paper-work. I named them to repair the paper-work however the notary currently quit without me finishing the procedure. The notary was at my home for under five minutes. The notary got another period. The escrow business needed me to cover both visit when it had been obviously the escrow businesses problem for not planning the right paper-work and reckless error. After I named the escrow business these were rude and explained not to purchase the home easily do not enjoy it. Illegally getting me costs and attempting to with hold my decided fee is simply plain incorrect specifically for an escrow business that's assume to become unbias and reasonable. An escrow business shouldn't be prejudice however it is obvious these were prejudice for that vendor. That is dishonest and incorrect.
