Sold the home out from under us with no warning

My spouse and that I discovered a beautiful house that people were truly excited about. We experienced the all of the required paperwork with present and counteroffers. We found contract with vendor and went so far as having a conventional examination. My spouse and were really enthusiastic concerning the idea of really having the ability to transfer to this house. Therefore we were in discussions with vendor simply waiting on his end-of the paper-work. Unbeknown to us an associate at work of the vendor was visiting consider the home. Therefore within the period we were awaiting vendor to come back our paper-work (which we were in discussions with) offered the house from under us with no caution what-so ever. Unsure if that's authorized as well as if it's, it appears really questionable. I'm really furious and miffed and also the indisputable fact that this could occur. Re max exactly what a laugh. Your agent has damaged your status with me and anybody with whom I keep company with. I'll not be utilizing all of your providers agents essentially something needing to do with Re Max later on. Therefore thanks Re Max for utilizing attention with hire and maintaining upstanding employees. (this really is sarcasm obviously).
