It's been since February we started conversation with CitiMortgage about our mortgage loan modification. After sending all files required simply more than 2 weeks before, it has been an extremely poor experience. 8 weeks now in late April after way too many discussions with numerous CitiMortgage Reps who don't possess a idea about our mortgage, this present contact, our Reduction Mitigation Dept. Consultant, Felipe Bracero hasn't lately delivered my calls after 4 efforts of me calling him simply to abandon more communications on his lengthy winded saving. He dropped our 2007 Tax-Return that was within the same cover with this 2008 tax-return posted more than 2 weeks before. He mentioned he'd the 2008 tax-return although not our 2007 tax-return (again, it had been within the SAME cover!). PLEASE, if anybody has information about how to advance this to correct expert or company, please react to this having a review. We're really worried. Today, Mr. Bracero delivered us a notice dated October 14 which we obtained October 29 seeking more "New" info on our already-existing mortgage having a change period of seven days. Additionally, I quit my cell telephone number on all Mr. Bracerois voice-mail communications particularly requesting him to contact me on my cell, he proceeds to contact our house telephone and leaves a note. Now over time, it is harassment and we're not assured in supplying anymore individual information for this guy with no responsibility on his finish. Deterrence, dropped legal files, numerous puzzled reps, thorough hours about the telephone together 45 minutes every time must function like a forwarning for anybody considering a CitiMortgage mortgage loan modification. It's a headache you might want to rethink.
