I came across Leading Dot via a internet request on existing mortgage rates. Curtis White named me to go over a feasible refinance at 5.35%, he delivered a Great Faith estimation, within the 3 months it got him to process-our paperwork, somebody at his organization "sadly" forgot to secure the mortgage and today the price was 5.85% and also the Good-Faith estimate was lacking several important numbers.
