No good faith estimate fraudently used my signature for home contract

Business & Finance

I went to this individual for a loan, she was also my real estate agent. When I applied for the loan I was approved for a conventional loan. Shortly after I found a foreclosure that I was interested in. A contract was drown up, I brought a $250 money order for the ernest money.

I had to sign a form stating that I acknowledge that there was more than on contract on this property. I signed and two days later was told that the first contract fell through and that my contract was accepted.

I signed a good faith estimate in October but was not given a copy of it. According to the good faith estimate I would need to bring $700 to close.

The sellers agreed to give me 3% torward the closing cost. I was given a closing date in November. I was first told that I had a 100% loan but then the loan program changed and I was required to bring 2500 to close. The My agent decided to try to get me approved for a FHA loan. I was preapproved for the loan. Was told that an association called Neinameiah would donate $4500 and I signed a letter stating from this organizaion with this amount on it. With the FHA loan I never received a Good Faith estimate. Was told that I only needed $500 dollars in the bank and didn't need to bring anything to close. The loan company checked my account to verify that I had $500 in my account. Once the funds was verifed I was given a closing date.

Two days later I was told that I needed to bring $1400 to close. Now, the sellers were still giving me money, $4500 was beind donated. The day I was to close I was told the FHA loan was declined. My agent then told me I could use the convetional loan. Was told I only needed $500 to close, but two days before closing I was told I needed 5% of the home to close. On the first Hud1 statement the home was increased by 2500. I received a correct statement and it reflected the correct value. I never received a copy of the appraisal and was told the house was worth ten thousand more than what it was. When I talked to the sellers they wouldn't deal with me even if I did get another agent. I was told that there were five or six different amendments for this contract. I informed them that I singned none of them. But, was told that my signature was on all of them.

So, now the sellers will not deal with me even though I got a pre-approval for an FHA loan through a legitimate company and want me to release the earnest money to them. I told them about all the events that lead up to the closing but they were not willing to listen. So, now I can't get the house, I'm out of the application fee, earnest money, appraisal eand inspection money. My agent not honest with me.

I have requested to see a copy of the the amendments with my signature and a copy of the good faith estimate for the second loan.
