Scamming thieves

In mid- July I called QL and asked about a refinance for my 2 mortgages. I had to give a "Good Faith" estimate of $500.00 which Mr. Qing Kong said we would get back when our loan closed. They gave us a good rate and locked it in.

We sent them all necessary papers and they said they will call us back. They ran a credit check on my husband and said there were some credit cards we would have to pay off to close the loan. I borrowed money from my son and daughter and paid off some cards. They said we could not close because we had put our house on the market months before. So we waited for 2 1/2 months now.

I faxed over a paper from one credit card company saying we had no more past due amounts and our account was up to date. Then I paid off the other card last week and Joe Lounsbury said we should close by the end of this month. He calls yesterday and says we can't close because my husband's credit score was 620. All this time everything was good. QL pulled my husband's credit report too many times and that's why his credit score was low. I want our $500.00 back.

I found a website that a lot of people complained about QL that they did the same exact thing to all of them.
