Nasty and uninformed mangers

I have had the phone face, been accused of being a liar, chastised about my financial situation. Asked for a modification and was given a situation just as bad as the one I suposedly modified. I hate them absolutely hate them their policies, hiring practices and the people that slip thru. If anyone has had a similiar experience, please e-mail me We need to sue them for distress or something
