Breach of Contract

I signed a contract with this We Buy Houses-type company who said that

They would buy the property from me with the intention of reselling it.

I paid them $ which they said was for preparing the house for sale.

Kathleen was supposed to send me copies of the contract. She never did.

Since then, they have not purchased the house, but have rented it out.

They have made payments late every single month, even though the tenants

Have paid on time. The tenants do not have a copy of their contract with

Her, either. She refuses to respond to e-mails, phone calls, and letters

The last time I had any communication with her was January 16th, and I

Have been frantically trying to contact her since hen to get copies of

The contract and to discuss some concerns. I finally sent a letter to

Her with return receipt to verify that she was, indeed, receiving

Communication from me. I received the signed form back today, so she's out there, but refusing to communicate. The tenants can't get a hold of her, either.
