Renovinski I signed a contract to buy a house and put $3,500 down. He sold the house to someone else for more money. My family and I lived there long enough to fix what was wrong with the house and lost all that money we put into it. Hayward California

I went to hayward california to make a real estate deal with a man named carl renovinski. We signed a contract i put $3,500 down. We lived there from june 08 to janurary 09. We put close to 60,000.00 in repairs for the property. All of which can be documented. Then i recieved notice that the house was sold to someone else and we had three days to move. When i called carl he said that he would pay for half the filing fees to get me a stay of exicution for 30 more days but he could not let me buy the house. He defaulted on our contract and made the comment that i didnt have any money anyways. The only way he could of known that was he checked on my checking account. That was a defalimation of charactor.

I have the lady who workes at ames legal services to testafy that he was in the wrong because we had him on speaker phone. The work that was completed was the property had three houses on it. We redid the whole electricial, plumbing, floors, toilets, sinks, light fixtures, water well pump and many other repairs. I was to buy the house for $115,000.00
with the estimates for repairs equalling well over $60,000.00.
