They do not honor contracts, they do not pay and they rent houses in foreclosure

These people callerd me out to do a plumbing job and they had tenants. I sent them a contract to sign and they did. When I finished job I requested payment. They refused. I even sent them a signed receipt from there tenant.
A real estate agent came to the house and told the tenants that they would have to move out soon as the new owners were taking possesion within two weeks. The tenants did a cleanout on the house and paid $1800 first and last months rent they have 4 kids and will sonn be on the streets with this California trash company reaping the financial rewards... I am glad I could help the tenants...
