Payments Not Applied and Credit Errors After Loan Moved from US Bank

My mortgage has been non-serviced since PHH acquired it from US Bank. From payments not being applied to my account, inaccurate credit reporting, request for service being ignored, and their chief legal counsel calling my minor child a b*tch for answering the phone.

I have had nothing but frustration with this organization and advise everyone to avoid using them.
