Breach of Verbal Loan Modification

Property Eq was approached to get a loan modification on my mortgage, they delivered wrong paperwork and needed 12,000 bucks to complete the loan change. A conference call for them fixed the change plus they stated they'd deliver the right paperwork. Although awaiting the right paperwork, they offered my home and recommended the wrong paperwork as the validation. Since my home comes, and House Eq explained to employ a genuine estate lawyer (like I've the cash for this) I've to maneuver. I've completed exactly what I really could actually requesting an expansion of my mortgage expression that they said NO to. The Mortgage Loan Modification which was decided to by telephone was mishandled and that I need my home back because they have created an error.
