We attempted to obtain a mortgage loan modification with Chase bank this past year, managing anything ourselves. They "dropped" our paperwork four-times after which fundamentally refused our change simply because they stated we did not create enough cash.

We began the mortgage loan modification procedure again with Chase lender in-May this time around we employed financing change expert to assist us. Again Pursuit has extended to "shed" our paperwork. They refused us again simply because they stated we'dnot supplied all the required paperwork. We've evidence that people did and needed to document an attract reopen our situation. We still haven't obtained our mortgage loan modification or any info concerning the standing of our situation by Nov. 2010.
