I had been a tenant who never skipped one cost on the 2-year high end condo rent. Two nights just before vacating the unit, landlord shows me that I might owe income for smoking odor within the unit, despite the fact that she mentioned she never has noticed my unit. I asked her to go to on my shifting day-to smell for himself. She included her preservation supervisor who'd not react regarding whether he smelled any smoking. She mentioned she smelled only a little of smoking but she is delicate. She will not make reference to that component within the rent that delivers on her to gather something for smoking odor, even when it did occur. They're threatening to damage my ideal credit. I settled the landlord $35K over 2 yrs. They declare I owe $380. I personally use to consider very of the organization. The rude collector is Connie Wilson.
