Ripped off! Unsanitary Living!

I moved into my apartment in September. I was shown the actual apartment before I moved in and everything seemed normal. The day of move in, the apartment had a horrible odor. I verbally notified the staff and was told someone would shampoo the carpets that week. No one ever showed up to clean. After waiting several weeks, the odor would not go away.
The apartment complex does not allow local maintenance requests; I had to go through an answering service that governs all properties owned by the Lynd Company. Request after request of the odor, still nothing. The first time I turned on my stove it sparked loudly and wouldn't turn on. It wasn't replaced for over a month. My bathroom has mold completely around the shower, inside and out.
I had to personally buy cleaning agents to remove the open spores.in April, I finally scheduled a meeting with the property manager because of the unsanitary conditions of the apt, mostly regarding the odor that is still present. Finally, they sent someone to clean my carpets; meaning it took them 5 months after my several requests to even acknowledge there was a problem, even though I told them it was unhealthy!
The shampooing did nothing and the odor is just getting worse. I now have rodent feces in my kitchen cabinets and a sewage smell which I also made a request for, it took them several days to spray my apt but did nothing about the sewage smell. I finally got fed up, wrote them a letter stating that I wanted out of my lease at no fault to me and with return of my security deposit; stating reasons I believe show their violation of our contract, (ie. Not maintaining a healthy, sanitary environment)
I was told that it was only my opinion of what was unhealthy and that they would not let me off my lease. They are now wanting to relocate me into a new building. This building just caught on fire which is why they renovated it. They only gutted the inside and kept the shell, I do not wish to relocate because I would not feel safe. Also, I do not believe I should have to keep paying them when they have done nothing but provide unsafe, poor quality of life to me. I just want out of my lease without any fault and with return of my deposit.
