Short Sale Deal Abandoned, Could Not Reach Anyone to Negotiate

I have attempted to call to negotiate a plan to protect my credit and avoid foreclosure. CitiFinancial is not in first position on the loan. I had obtained a buyer for a short sale and needed to negotiate a price that could satisfy the lender. I was unable to reach anyone to come to terms and negotiate with the potential buyer, and the deal was abandoned.

I am asking CitiFinancial to produce the note that was originally signed. I am looking forward to your cooperation. Thank you.
