No help with loan modification

I've been looking to get financing change since oct. 2008. I've sent my monetary box four times.in Nov. I had been informed it was designated but I really could never consult with the individual looking after it.in december. I had been told it had been dropped. Today we're in February and nothing has occurred. I suppose they'd favour my house back, subsequently obtain lower funds and almost all their cash back which was borrowed. Each time I contact, I am provided a brand new tale 1 / 2 of the houses in my own town are available. All the best selling mine.
