Unfortunatly, Saxon mortgage is my mortgage servicer and has been for the last two years. I was duped into refinancing my mortgage by a hustling mortgage broker that promised to help me lower my mortgae payments by paying off all my debt and then refinancing to a lower interest rate thereby lowering my mortgage. Sad to say that never happened. But to make a long story short seeing that my mortgage is due to reset on July 1st 2008 and after Saxon mortgage confirming that they will not be able to modify my mortgage I listed my home for sale in February.

I was even advised by a Saxon mortgage rep that a short-sale was the best way for me to sell my home. Well, so far I have had four offers and I have submitted multiple short-sale packages to Saxon even through certified mail and they stated that they have never received any of them. I have complained to the better business bureau, the massachusetts and texas attorney generals office and the massachusetts division of banks that regulates saxon in the state.

When I call, no one knows anything. I have left repeated messages with people I was told were handling my file and no one has the decency to return phone calls. Saxon mortgage has the worst reputation here in MA and it seems like its across the board. Just mentioning the name alone gives people the chills here. Why are they still able to do business. They should have been shut down a long time ago. Are we living in America? This company operates like a communist and no one seems to care. If there is a class action law suit I MUST be apart of it. I want to see Saxon pay for all the grief they have caused to people and their families.
