Do not do business with them false claims improper billing which results in foreclosure major ripoff

We were not given the opportunity to save our house from foreclosure from the mortgage company "Saxon Mortgage."

We had a new mortgage loan approved for up to $250,000 to redeem or get our house back well BEFORE January 21 BUT Saxon Mortgage refused to talk or deal with us.

Per the Loss Mitigation Rep from Saxon Mortgage, "we are tired of dealing with you and want to sell the house for $230,000.

We have to cut our inventory in you area and we don't want a family in the house."

Saxon Mortgage also refused to allow us to put our past due mortgage payments in the back of the loan with them. Saxon Mortgage, hence, sold our house in Broomfield at 12393 Dale Court for $230,000.

We had a loan for up to $250,000 to buy it back along with not to mention $15,000 cash for any past due payments and fees. If only Saxon Mortgage had just talked to us but we could never get them to call us back or could we ever get past their terrible phone answering system!

They need to be sued, I open to any lawsuit scenario. I would like to see a class-action lawsuit against Saxon Mortgage.
