We've had only, issues with Saxon since our mortgage was offered for them nearly 5 years back. They're deceptive, display misconduct, dishonest and therefore are not really a ligit "organization". Additionally they suppose 3 additional titles!

Your house was in foreclosure for more than 3 decades because of Saxon not listnening, holding up the telephone on us, declined funds, delivered our payments back to us, wont reply licensed characters, wont call-back, rejected financing change because of " signatures" don't fit, increase our payments without any further clarification, they're today in violation of agreement with us aswell. I can move on and on. We'd an extended 3-year fight of foreclosure in-May of the year 2008 we or they found an arrangement. We'd no option but, nevertheless had the choice of suing Saxon therefore, we got the "offer". Your initial payment was due July and again they went against court papers and lifted our cost, plus declined our funds and included in escrow and which we're not escrowed and included in homeowners inches. And which we shell out of wallet regular ect... Today we come home the 2nd week of December to locate foreclosure documents resting on our door-step treating wet in the rainfall. You contact this helping? We'd named many times as well as spoken towards the Authorized Dept. And which didn't occur for more than 2 weeks based on many CSRis at Saxon NOT TO BE HEARD AGAIN.

Today I named The Federal Trade Commission INCH-877-382 4357 they motivate all grievances and also to contact.
