Refinance Mortgage

A buddy continues to be going thru refinance with JP Morgan Chase since Jan, by having an active mortgage using the organization. There's been continuing conversation using the refinance for some weeks, with mistakes in paperwork that incorporated contract that the handful of thousand bucks could be delivered towards the refinancee; when documents were introduced for trademark, there have been inconsistent claims in paperwork along with a request a few hundred to complete the mortgage. There appears to be anything dishonest and/or deceptive concerning the route of the refinance. The ultimate work that convinces me of the: Pursuit informs my buddy the house is in "standard" standing. What's confusing about that scenario is the fact that the mortage business was educated concerning the refinance, the present mortgage and refinance may be the same organization and preceding funds towards the organization have already been regular. Has something similar to this occurred to others in NC. The following strategy would be to contact Senator and Atty Standard, but sheesh... Within this economy, why are these businesses still bent on destroying the lifestyles people comsumers. I'm optimistic that there's miscommunication that may be solved rapidly within the next couple of days, but it has been a headache to get a buddy that's previously had a swing within the last 12 weeks. I would dislike for that needless tension to trigger the beginning of another.
