Won't reply the standing of my mortgage application

I requested an FHA mortgage about 4 weeks before. Had an evaluation finished and also the paperwork was posted about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before. I have delivered several emails requesting exactly what the standing is, great, poor, ugly. Told them used to don't actually treatment when they explained they dropped it... Simply tell me anything... Plus they merely do not... Unsure just how to protest about that... Undoubtedly I must have the best to atleast understand the standing of my mortgage.
