I needed to refinance, have excellent credit, current evaluation, really two from 2 various appraisers, 1 at 136000 another at 136500. Everhome insisted on utilizing an Indiana appraiser which google appeared and served like he simply walked from the Kentucky slopes and his evaluation was just 99000 which queered the entire offer and you know what I'd to pay for this * for messing me.
