Wachovia wants me to go Bankrupt

I've a Mortgage with Wachovia Bank that's going to mechanism in 30 days, The mortgage is on the multifamily rental home that's 100% filled and makes cash and it has $100'000 in collateral. I've never been overdue having a cost in 5 years. But Wachovia is only going to refinance at 9% and just provide a 10-year mortgage, producing the funds method to large to create maintaining the home practical. Wachovia won't discuss and it has educated me that they can foreclose about the home the moment I default once the mortgage involves a finish.

Why are they attempting to pressure me out of business, the region has already been saturated in foreclosed houses and getting frustrated they simply don’t treatment. I've also voiced towards the boss in control, He was rude and created absurd allegations, that people had done government problems, after I asked him he retracted what he explained and managed to get obvious in my experience he needed us to foreclose.
