Horrible Service

I had been authorized to get a mortgage from Capwest having a 60-day lock. I posted scads of information at their demand within 20 times. The evaluation arrived in in a silly sum. I'd to deliver them comps from the regional agent plus they altered the evaluation on the basis of the comps. Actually, they doubled the worthiness the appraiser had believed. Then I waited and waited and waited. I called occasionally to confirm the standing and not obtained a call-back. After three months they lamely asked to get a backup of the doc I'd previously sent them. Then another three months passed. I told them I had been worried about the mortgage absence interval however they explained all of the conditions might stay exactly the same. After nearly 4 weeks of pointless delays on the component I requested again in regards to a final day plus they explained they'd need to reprice the offer since my mortgage lock time ended. Not just did I spend $500 about the program charge, I dropped a fantastic chance to refinance in the reduced prices from 4 weeks before.
