Ugly "service" at UPS freight delivery - parcel delivery

Six weeks and an int. Al parcel sent via UPS is not delivered yet. I discovered they had the parcel since weeks but did not contact the client. Unbelievable! And when they have been contacted they not even apologised for the mismanagement.
