Poor delivery service - hamper basket

After informing the company several times over the phone that the person who has to receive the parcel should be called and handed the parcel, it was never done. Secondly, the parcel was not delivered on the day informed to me and no information or call or email was send to me regarding the delay. The people over the phone had no proper information about the delivery and struggled to understand the communication.
