I had a parcel sent from Beijing using a courier company called www.parcelexpress. Eu. The sender provided me with a tracking number EU505716973. I was contacted via text message on christmas eve statingt hat my parcel was ready for delivery, i went onto the site which asked me to pay an additional courier fee of £60 and selected a delivery date of the 2/01. I have not recieved the parcel and the number given on the site is a recorded message. I have since googled the company and it seems it may have been fraudulent. Is there anyway i can retrive my parcel?
