Lack of being able to talk to a person regarding shipping of a parcel from Surrey to Cache Creek. This parcel (part) is for a Motel and Resturaunt. We are having to reimburse guests for their stay and now have to close the Hotel We are unable to trace a package that was supposed to arrive at Midnight on March 10. We have no idea where this parcel is or whether it has actually been shipped.
