Deceptive Forclosure - Inability to Supply Notice - Unauthorized Costs - Inability to Solve Good-Faith Challenge

I've been an operator since 1996. Just before Jan. 2008 I had been present on all funds due the Resort.in Janu a brand new preservation charge (Around. $376) became due. Nevertheless, consequently of my transfer, the email offering notice of the charge didn't reach me. I recognized in late September or Early Aug. 2008 that I'd overlloked the charge cost and required the effort to try and spend it. I had been informed it'd been delivered to forclosure. Our timeshare doesn't possess a mortgage, and th only charge was the maintenace. I had been informed after many initiatives at attempting to spend from the law office managing the "foreclosure" they did not possess a report the issue have been known, but many times later the charge subsequently due was $850., including lawyers fees included of $250.00. I questioned the chrages and requested for recommendation to some person with negotiation specialist. The lawyer's office declined. But stated they woul return to me. Nowadays 12/31, I had been informed the chrages are now actually over $1000. I've yet to get any notice written down, of any legitimate action taken or perhaps a sensible individual who may negotiate the problem. The lawyer's workplace apears to become trying to forclose without atuhority. I'm worried the lawyer's workplace is attempting to make money from the error to pay for a mantenance charge by the addition of unsupported costs and starting foreclosure while covering their steps from homeowners (a denial-of my due process rights and property rights).
