Expensive unfortunante consumers of greenpoint mortgage, that is to inform you that i've had the worst experience with the corporation.

My case is much like evybodyis case in the usa, i'd reduction our money because might work location shut, i came across another job which income isn't exactly the same i used-to make but atleast i will create a minimun mortgage pymt. I've tried to negotiate in many times with greenpoint to lessen my mortgage pymts in order to afford it by reducing my rate of interest, all of the solutions i'd got really are a "no". Along with that they greater the mortgage pymt due to the escrow, they're gathering uncommon quantity for escrow, once they realize that fees will be reduced this season since the assesed worth goes down. I tried to negotiate by streching the escrow pymt plus they said "no".

It looks like they're trying to drive consumers into foreclosure, they do not supply customer support anymore, since they're going out of enterprise, they're imposing needless costs and nobody appears to stop them, they're unmanageable!

I do want to let you understand that all of the lenders and servicers businesses are assisting consumers to prevent foreclosure by reducing rate of interest, lowering the loan amount and reducing the funds, however they be seemingly indiferent towards the true consumers issues

I encourage everybody to fight for the houses, don't allow greenpoint to go from you, let us stop this predator "bank"!!! Begin calling them until they cannot manage this no further, they've to use the new housing and economy act that leader' bush only authorized is for true,
