I obtained a notice from GreenPoint Mortgage Company regarding they require extra resources concerning the marketing of my mortgage from GreenPoint to National Mortgage Loans long ago from January. I never received notice of the purchase or was I actually made aware this could be a choice GreenPoint to interact in promoting off mortgages towards the lowest bidder. This being the situation, resources were accidentally delivered to Pemco Insurance Co. For that mortgage deal and homeowners insurance.

I currently receive observe that Greenpoint Mortgage is seeking that money-back from myself in the place of calling Pemco and National Mortgage Loans for that error in funds transfer. Why am I currently discovering about that in March from the deal mistake that occurred in January. Whay am I like a customer being held accountable the mess that GreenPoint Mortgage sustained. Why as not GreenPoint eliminated after National Mortgage Loans or Pemco Insurance Co. For that resources straight?

This Notice sent in my experience makes no referance regarding when this deal happened. There's no dysfunction or itemized record in regards to what was compensated, what's owed or when these funds happened. There's a title of the person "Marie Peterson" Economic Management who I attempted to get hold of but could not cope with the battery of questioning in regards to what this telephone call is regarding.
