This guarantee organization is basically a fraud. I've dutifully paid their rates so when my heater broke. Their solution was: it was incorrectly mounted so that they won't repair it because it wasn't protected whilst the agreement mentioned. Their state expert actually had the audacity to inform me which precise section about the agreement to check out to examine. I would like to let you know, no normal homeowner may increase their loft to determine if their heater is correctly fitted. That's precisely the reason I bought a house guarantee! Since I don't understand how my home was constructed! Don't purchase! They'll take your money and cause you undue stress.
