June I bought a house warranty from Option home warranty and that I had a bundle that permitted me and several property owners purchase and benefit in 3months to get a year agreement that was reduced Deember 18th.

The agreement was said to be shipped to my house plus they stated they might not email their agreement that we understand might have delivered a red-flagged easily could watch before buying.

Till today I've not seen my contract that we regret purchasing before studying their agreement.

The week of November 22nd my spouse created a call-in for support because of our hot water heater unfolding which experienced inpacted a water fllod within our cellar.

They sent something company in evening after and he suggested for them that people had a decay within our house wareanty that was because of the era of the hot water heater and understands we required a brand new one.

They organization told him and my spouse they might not protect since the agreement claims they don't protect a Decay.

After I talked towards the supervisor on December 23-24th, they explained to see my agreement they don't protect rust that the decay show a low mentained hot water heater.

I called the company and talked towards the company who had been surprsie in the motion of the house warranty, he explained he attempted to describe for them that people had no steps that avoided the decay the hot water heater was positioned 1971 which it's a typical factor he'd observed.

He explained when he attempted to describe to Hoem Guarantee they informed him it had been between them-and the client.

Till today they'd not repair my hot water heater and also have obtained our cash.

My husband subsequently determined we were in a reduction to leave the agreement despite the fact that we'd taken care of the support since he couldn't cope with a Fraud.

Please don't purchase out of this organization and take a look at their agreement before buying, it's a lesson learned and certainly will not occur again!
