Submitted a with First American House for heater; specialist from Solaris, discovered issue electric. While heater was discovered to not function as the issue on 12/16/09, First American House delivered electrician from Southern California Electrical Service Inc., on 12/24/09.

Who discovered electrical issues with typical wall of electric junction field in loft, but couldn't find specific issue. Answer was to avoid current electric issue, in loft, and typical wall by developing a circuit breaker for heater.

While awaiting state to become authorized or refused, we'd no-heat and electric failures and spikes in keeping wall affecting fridge along with other electrical shops.

FAH rejected state because of specific circuit breaker for heater could be deemed an update. Required second viewpoint because of not seeking update and didn't need issue bypassed but mounted—refused request.

Terminated plan, required reimbursement on 12/30/09, and since employed an electrician, from Ryan Electrical, who discovered burnt cables in junction field in attic, and burnt cables in junction field in kitchen; rewired junction boxes in attic, as well as in kitchen.

Problem solved without skipping actual problem with no specific circuit breaker for heater was necessary to repair issue. We are in possession of warmth again and energy is operating correctly throughout whole-house, no because of First American Residence.

FAH was fast to refuse state, and sent an electrician that didn't try to look for and repair the problem, simply gathered support charge.

The house warranty out of this organization is just a waste of cash, period, and hours allocated to the telephone looking to get the support you paid for. Stress, dissatisfaction, and discontent are I obtained.
