Missing paperwork and lost funds

Like all the additional "patients" of Americais Providing Organization, I also have now been left in to the fingers of ASC by July of the year. I'd no issues what-so-actually with Fremont Investment & Loans. I received notice of the transfer from Fremont roughly thirty days before the move. Thank heavens it involved contact info for ASC. I anticipated paperwork from ASC, however it never arrived. I subsequently named and was handed financing quantity. They explained the mortgage wasn't put up however, and so I couldn't create a cost. I'd to call-back following the fifth of September, 4 days following the first cost was due. Subsequently, after I called back I really could not work through the automatic program since it didn't identify the loan quantity. After TIMES of attempting to achieve them, I finally got through. They stated they'd no idea where the number I'd been provided had originate from, and offered me another quantity. Additionally they graciously agreed to have a telephone cost fo the reduced-fee of only $15 since my cost was overdue. ERGH! I told them that I had beennot spending till I'd paperwork to verify they had really provided me a legitimate mortgage quantity. They stated that a declaration needed to be required... They do not simply produce them out (?!?!). After repeated calls from ASC for selection, they ultimately delivered me July's declaration! And so I delivered a dual cost via overnite email. They obtained it about the 2nd, but didn't post-it towards the consideration before 11th! Clearly, I had been livid! I named to consult with a boss to obtain it altered. Ever since then I've delivered anything licensed with return delivery. Well, the saga continues. I simply acquired a telephone call from ASC seeking my December's cost. I've previously obtained the AUTHORIZED return-receipt, and also have monitored the mailing. They'll not take it. They stated another organization might have gotten it, and so I had a need to create an internet cost for $10, a telephone cost for $25, or purchase an end cost and deliver them another check! Incredible! How is that this organization however running a business? I believe I'm likely to need to spend refinance costs simply to avoid them. The poor component is the fact that you will find no guarantess it's not going to wind up back there again.
