I've a second Mortgage, maintained by Lender of America Mortgages (they acquired it when BoA purchased National). Bank of America has transferred the mortgage to a different part, named Natural Tree Maintenance by March 1. (just how many subsidiaries does a lender have to change cash?)

A letter from Lender of America, January 7; telling me of the didn't incorporate a fresh mortgage quantity and stated Green Pine is likely to be calling me with fresh info.
