Contract was signed on Oct 1 and my attorney has asked to either terminate the contract or ask for extension on Oct 2. The attorney review has not finalized and not even started it yet. They refused to return my deposits and I have been waiting for 3 months. They did not terminate my contract, refuse to return deposits when the contract is not binding yet since attorney review has not been finalized yet, and take other offers in the meantime. Is it legal???
